What has been announced
- HDB is on track to launch about 55,000 flats from 2025 to 2027 (Mothership, 8 January 2026, reporting HDB).
- A goal was set to deliver 12,000 flats with waiting times of under three years between 2025 and 2027, with around 8,000 expected across 2026 and 2027 (99.co, 16 January 2026).
- HDB confirms the projects in each sales exercise when it announces that exercise; exact 2027 dates and sites are not yet published.
