## What has been announced

- HDB is on track to launch about 55,000 flats from 2025 to 2027 ([Mothership, 8 January 2026, reporting HDB](https://mothership.sg/2026/01/hdb-bto-2026/)).
- A goal was set to deliver 12,000 flats with waiting times of under three years between 2025 and 2027, with around 8,000 expected across 2026 and 2027 ([99.co, 16 January 2026](https://www.99.co/singapore/insider/hdb-plans-19600-bto-flats-in-2026-over-4000-with-shorter-waits/)).
- HDB confirms the projects in each sales exercise when it announces that exercise; exact 2027 dates and sites are not yet published.
