# February 2027 BTO launch: towns, flats & past application rates

HDB will hold its next Build-To-Order (BTO) sales exercise in February 2027, offering about 4,300 flats in Bishan, Tampines, Tengah, Toa Payoh. This page collects what HDB has confirmed, past application rates in the same towns, and what to prepare. - **Toa Payoh:** About 1,140 flats (2-room Flexi, 3-room, 4-room) next to the future Mount Pleasant MRT station on the Thomson-East Coast Line; the second BTO project in Mount Pleasant.
- **Bishan:** About 1,070 flats (2-room Flexi, 3-room, 4-room), near Bishan Park and Junction 8.
- **Tengah:** About 1,280 flats (2-room Flexi to 5-room) in the Brickland precinct, near the future Brickland MRT station.
- **Tampines:** About 460 flats (2-room Flexi to 5-room) at Simei Road and Upper Changi Road, near Upper Changi MRT.
- **Tampines:** About 330 Community Care Apartments and 4-room flats at Tampines Street 11, near Simei MRT.
