HDB BTO priority schemes & ballot chance matcher

Match your household profile, flat classification and parent/child proximity against HDB's FT(PMC), FPPS, Family Care Scheme (FCS), TCPS, ASSIST and TPS quotas.

Current rules as at November 2026. First-timer singles and seniors have 1 base chance; other first-timer families have 2, FT(PMC) has 3. Standard-flat unsuccessful-attempt bonuses are excluded. From February 2027, additional child-based chances apply. HDB confirms eligibility; all detailed scheme conditions must be met. If both proximity and another scheme are selected, proximity takes precedence.

Official BTO priority schemes & flat supply quotas

As at November 2026, HDB’s allocation table gives FT(PMC) households 3 base chances, other first-timer families 2, and second-timer families, seniors and first-timer singles 1. Standard-flat unsuccessful-attempt bonuses are not included here. Additional child-based chances start from the February 2027 exercise. These results match declared profiles; HDB confirms eligibility.

HDB normally allows one priority scheme. Households eligible for FPPS may combine it with one other scheme (for example, FCS Proximity or TCPS). Applicants unsuccessful in a priority scheme ballot are balloted again in the subsequent priority scheme or the regular public pool (HDB Priority Schemes):

Common questions

What replaced the Married Child Priority Scheme (MCPS) and Multi-Generation Priority Scheme (MGPS) in 2025?

HDB consolidated MCPS, MGPS, and the parent/child proximity portion of the Senior Priority Scheme into the Family Care Scheme (FCS). FCS (Proximity) took effect from the July 2025 BTO exercise and covers both married and eligible single children living with or within 4 km of their parents. FCS (Joint Balloting) took effect from the October 2025 BTO exercise, allowing parents and their married or single child to apply jointly for two flats in the same BTO project.

How many priority schemes can I combine in one BTO application?

Normally one priority scheme is allowed. If eligible for FPPS, you may combine FPPS with one other priority scheme.

Who gets 3 ballot chances under FT(PMC)?

First-Timer (Parents & Married Couples) applicants receive 3 ballot chances (one additional chance above the standard 2 chances for first-timers). To qualify, your household must be a first-timer family with at least one Singapore Citizen child aged 18 or below (or expecting a child), or a married couple where both spouses are aged 40 and below, have never owned or sold residential property, and have not had a chance to book a BTO/SBF flat in the 5 years before the flat application.
