- Toa Payoh: About 1,140 flats (2-room Flexi, 3-room, 4-room) next to the future Mount Pleasant MRT station on the Thomson-East Coast Line; the second BTO project in Mount Pleasant.
- Bishan: About 1,070 flats (2-room Flexi, 3-room, 4-room), near Bishan Park and Junction 8.
- Tengah: About 1,280 flats (2-room Flexi to 5-room) in the Brickland precinct, near the future Brickland MRT station.
- Tampines: About 460 flats (2-room Flexi to 5-room) at Simei Road and Upper Changi Road, near Upper Changi MRT.
- Tampines: About 330 Community Care Apartments and 4-room flats at Tampines Street 11, near Simei MRT.
